Hi, I’m Ellie.

I’m a postdoctoral associate in the Afkhami Lab and Searcy Lab at the University of Miami.

My research uses computational approaches to understand how ecological interactions and environmental gradients shape trait evolution, ecological niches, and diversification across both spatial and evolutionary scales.

I completed my PhD at Monash University on trait evolution and speciation in honeyeaters.
